Exchanges
To make things simple, most items are a final sale. However, we do offer exchanges in certain cases.
Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please let us know right away. We'll happily provide a shipping label for a replacement.
Order Cancellation: You have a 24-hour grace period to cancel your order. After that, we start preparing your special piece just for you.

Sizing and Customization
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Our items are designed to fit true to size, and most fabrics offer a comfortable stretch. If you're unsure about sizing, we recommend choosing the larger option.
Our models can give you a general idea of how the pieces fit, but remember, everyone is unique. Please carefully read the product descriptions and feel free to provide as much detail as possible in the customization box. While we do our best to accommodate custom requests, please note that exact measurements cannot be guaranteed.
Order Processing and Shipping
All of our items are made to order, which means we create them just for you. This allows us to focus on sustainability and quality. To ensure you receive your order in a timely manner, we estimate production times of 2-4 weeks, with a maximum of 5 weeks during busy periods. We'll keep you updated if there are any unexpected delays.
Once your order is ready, we ship it promptly. Please allow 2-5 business days for domestic delivery. We ship Domestically to the U.S. only.
We understand that mistakes happen. If you notice an error in your order, please contact us immediately so we can make the necessary changes before shipping. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
